E3 Congress declares war then hands it over to the president to execute it. And the president does so even when the presidency changes hands.He could have ordered everyone out of Iraq on day one. It is out of congresses hands except if they wish to defund it. Funny, I don't remember Obama's Democratic congress end the "nation building" during two years of opportunity. Though the war is phony, Obama keeps slaughtering people. Also if there were no unconstitutional programs and spending which mostly Dems support, there would be enough money to prosecute this "war" which really isn't a war but ObamaNazi is still waging like the imbecile before him.

@E3 - Lets talk about how Obama has still got troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen. He sent troops into Egypt to assist the Muslim Brotherhood to take control of the Country along with its military. Obama sent troops into Libya and low and behold without Congressional approval.

@nullifyNow - Correct, by law Congress declares law, however under Obama and the DNC, they have openly declared that they no longer have to deal with Congress and can declare war on anyone they want without Congressional approval and merely on the request or approval of the U.N.
