No, blaming Remington, S&W, &c would be akin to blaming those auto makers. This is not an issue of blame. Perhaps blaming the NRA would be akin to blaming an auto-maker lobby, but the comparison between guns and vehicles is asinine.

The NRA has been unwavering in their defense of the Second Amendment throughout the gun control debate and Wayne LaPierre will continue that message before a Senate panel on Wednesday.
