Yes, they have less people. Hence, there is this thing called per capita. We are talking about homicides. The per capita homicide rate in the US is over 10 times what it is in the UK. I'd be willing to bet the same goes for "crime rates" in general. Perhaps you can crunch those numbers to support your asinine point?
