I have a solution to the abortion issue. All males should be required to have a vasectomy at puberty. When a male can show they have the means and commitment to supply medical care, provide food, shelter, clothing and education to adequately raise a child, then the procedure can be undone. That way, both males and females can have their rights over their own bodies removed by the government, equally.

My wife can quickly clear a hallway without aiming, with my side by side. 9 balls of double aught aren't ballistically designed to go very far if they actually go through a door or wall. An AR-15 round will go through the target if you hit it, through the wall, down the street and kill granny in her kitchen as well, particularly if you rap out thirty rounds.

Obviously, there must be hundreds of instances a year when a law abiding citizen defends his or her home and the bad guy gets plugged. That's why all the armament is needed isn't it?

Perhaps someone here can cite an example of a non-government law abiding citizen repelling an attack using an assault style weapon equipped with a thirty or greater round magazine. There must be hundreds of examples. Lots of home invasion robberies so there should be news coverage on a lot of them.
