"NOTW, that is a very non-specific answer. WHAT did they SPECIFICALLY do to create jobs? " They reduced the regulations and red tape. Reduced tax burdens. They welcomed business with a good attitude instead of treating them like the enemy. Why don't you spend some time researching what qualifies as "business friendly" states on the internet and answer you're own questions... As a "libertarian" you should have grasped the concept of self sufficiency long ago. You shouldn't be asking for me to teach you.

They did all these things, but yet you can't point out some examples, huh?

Yes I can... The mass exudus of businesses in California to places that have a better business environment is one example. The running business do the homework and figure out it's better to move or start a business in one of those states.

You can't do your own homework, huh?

You can waste time here asking people to fetch for you but you make your own brain do any work? You're hardly a Libertarion. You sound more like a Liberal getting a free check.

Some awesome news: all 17 states that elected a Republican governor in 2010 has seen a reduction in their unemployment levels. In just over a year and a half since those new executives took office, these states have seen some serious improvement:

Kansas - 6.9% to 6.1% = a decline of 0.8%

Maine - 8.0% to 7.4% = a decline of 0.6%

Michigan - 10.9% to 8.5% = a decline of 2.4%

New Mexico - 7.7% to 6.7% = a decline of 1.0%

Oklahoma - 6.2% to 4.8% = a decline of 1.4%
