A Minimum Wage Equals Minimum Jobs

I got your answer. Why should you be forced to pay for the health care and food stamps for the workers at WalMart? You shouldn't, and neither should I, or anyone else. Let them pay for it themselves, just like I did when I first entered the job market in the mid '70s. Sorry, I'm a Libertarian, I don't think anyone should be getting handouts taken from others at gunpoint.
Now, here's another point against the Federal minimum wage. It makes no sense at all. It isn't fair. Which is an important fact for you libs, fairness. Everything is supposed to be fair, right? Equal outcome for everyone? Regardless of their input level? You fools. Tell me how you can explain away the difference in standard of living between someone trying to live...

I own a small company. No, let's say VERY small company. I have no employees at the present time, but at some point I hope to. I do have people work with me on an occasional basis, though, and have had a young black gentleman work for me a couple of weekends. He did a great job, my customers like him, and he was a pleasure to work with.
But when I see things like this incident, it makes me wonder if, just to protect myself, I should try to avoid hiring anyone that is black. It seems that it would just be inviting problems, hiring someone who could play the race card against me in any type of dispute over job assignment, promotion, firing, etc.
I don't believe black people are inherently bad people. I believe many have been...

There is substance galore, in many places other than the Bible. I have no problem with people believing in Christ, but what has it got to do with the topic? I wish people would stick to reality in their arguments against the liberal lefties, and leave religion out of it. There are plenty of REAL reasons that the liberals are wrong.

MANY illegal aliens are making much more than minimum wage. They have taken over completely the less technical positions in construction, at least in the Southwest.
As for the minimum wage, we all know that there plenty of people out there that aren't worth the old minimum wage, much less the new one. The only employer out there that doesn't care about getting their money's worth out of an employee is the government. So where will these people go? You'll figure out the answer the next time you visit the DMV.
No, I don't guess you are in San Diego. Lemme send you a bottle of the local water. You drink it, and tell me if you would do it on a daily basis. It may not be dangerous, but I like to enjoy my drink of water.

GOP: "Where Are the Jobs?"

Many companies took their jobs and ran overseas or to Mexico for reasons other than cheap labor. Draconian environmental regulations don't exist in Mexico. In fact, there is very little regulation in Mexico. So the companies went to the NAFTA created industrial areas just south of the border, and pump pollutants into the New River, which runs north across the border and dumps into the Salton Sea, making a smelly mess even worse. There, we fixed that problem, didn't we?

There were people out here, (such as myself), who knew the balloon was empty at first sight, just like we knew Obama had no substance the first time we saw him. The footage of the balloon showed very clearly that it did not have anything in it's "basket." Anybody who followed the episode with their hearts pouring out for the supposed passenger obviously has no knowledge of physics. Just like people who followed Obama all the way to the voting booth, who have no knowledge, and refused to make any attempt to gain knowledge, of Obama's character. Or lack thereof.
Both of these episodes are proof positive that the education system in this country has succeeded in severely dumbing down the population. If you couldn't see that the balloon...

The reason Douglas isn't intimidated by his intellectual inferiors is that he has so few of them.
