That last sentences is garbled. Take 2: In our minds' eye, would be wise to project onto God our own revulsion toward any sin we are not personally attracted to, just to get a bit of a taste of His reaction when we wallow in our own personal favorite sins. The problem is not that we overemphasize Homosexual sin, but that we underestimate the gravity of the Heterosexual ones.

Both are sins against the family, and therefore abominations in God's eyes. In Israel, there was no law against treason to the nation, but treason against the family (the building block of society) brought the death penalty. All sin is sin, but certain sins have greater negative consequences and therefore greater punishment.
