No snide remarks or insults from me as I grow weary of the inability of many to debate with factual information or expression of political philosophy. Just a question. If the President is sincere in his desire to have a "public option" in order "to keep insurance companies honest," why doesn't he direct his Justice Department to prosecute the 1800+ companies for violating anti-trust laws. He apparently is suggesting that they are "fixing prices" which is obviously a violation of federal law and has been since the early 1900s. Using similar logic wouldn't the lack of Justice Department prosecutions for these allegded violations suggest that the majority of these 1800+ health insurance companies is operating in a legal and "honest"...
