The Cost of Obama's Green Appeasement

Bob's article is the tip of the iceberg. The "greens" brought their causes to the U.N. in the 1980s. The U.N, used their propaganda to build their power-base. In 1992 George H.W. Bush signed on to Agenda 21, the plan to "save the planet" from us. Clinton issued the executive order to implement this insidious plan in 1993. It resulted in grants for "political" science to gather up junk science to support the case for "man made climate change". We all think it's a hoax, but every federal department and agency is now spending their extra $ trillion to implement carbon abatement. It unleashed EPA and others to seize property as "wetlands", shut down farms by shutting off their water to benefit snail darters, and bribe states, counties.

My Rick Perry Problem -- and Ours

I'm a Tea Party Leader and I want a presidential candidate who will end the global warming hoax. If the carbon myth isn't stopped, it will increase our energy costs five-fold and light rail will squander trillions of dollars on low use public transit. I want to close the U.N. and sell the building. Their "sustainable development" U.N.Agenda 21, Project 60 and ICLEI are being implemented at state and county levels and in our city council votes. We need to clean house from the city council level up.
I read that this committee will have 6 Republicans, 6 Democrats and 6 appointed by Obama including Andy Stern. With 12 Communists and 6 Republicans, I expect them to recommend tax increases for everybody except the 50% who don't pay.

Repeal all energy subsidies including the $14.6 billion for renewable and $5.7 billion for ethanol.

How Republicans Will Win the Senate

Rocky Mountain High asks for a Conservative Plan. I would simply have State Legislatures pass a Campaign Finance that restricts campaign contributions to registered voters only. They could only give contributions to candidates who appear on their ballots. That would change a lot of things for the better.

Real campaign finance reform is needed to restrict all special interests from contributing. The only approach I would support is to limit contributors to registered voters in the candidates’ city, county, district or state. You could only contribute to candidates who would appear on your ballot. The free speech argument is bogus; let special interests post their own ads. Any reform short of what I’m proposing is useless.
Leftism is its own religion. It would include tree-huggers, Darwin believers, public school enthusiasts and global warming fans.

Leftists, once having decided that we should feed the poor, further decided we would not do that on our own, so they ensure that we spend tax money on feeding the poor, so the poor will vote for them. The Leftist version of the Good Samaritan would go like this:

A Samaritan finds an injured man on the road and immediately leaves the scene to find some Roman soldiers. He brings the Roman soldiers back to where the man is laying and tells them to take the injured man to the Inn and give the Innkeeper some money to nurse the man back to health.

Mother Theresa had it right. Get yourself...

Crisis of the Government Party

Obama is a “Progressive” and will continue to try to spend us into prosperity. He doesn’t realize that the congressional scrambling to squander as much money as they can, will hold demand in the economy at 70% and a real recovery will never start. His solutions are crazy. No small business will take out a loan with demand where it is and no one will have the $100 billion it will take to finish his high speed train in Florida. With a $ 2 trillion income and a potential $ 80 trillion debt, it’s like the federal government took an interest-only loan for $800,000 with an annual income of $20,000 and it doesn’t know it’s going into default. November can’t come soon enough.
