My experiences looking at how universities handle sexual harassment cases is very similar to what Mike Adams found. Things are often handled in a very unfair fashion, often with hysterical or irrational passions involved. See my journal article:

However, I think it is unfair to blame this on liberals. Conservatives or liberals can be irrational and hysterical. Also, I think it is a mistake to somehow blame tenure for any of this. Tenure, actually helps protect professors from unfair attacks, such as bogus sexual harassment charges or other attacks.
For years, I've been writing about the issue of censorship on our nation's campuses. But I have given far too little emphasis to due process violations within the so-called campus judiciary.
