1. The Republicans took control of the House in 2010. The House controls all spending. What did the Republican leadership DO with that power? Bertween 2004 and 2006 the Republicans the Presidency, The House, and the Senate. What did they DO with that power?
2.You can't win the war if you don't engage the enemy in battle.
