Would you prefer that this guy be returned to his home country, where he will most likely not spend one day in jail, or would you prefer that our government charge him with a horrendous crime, and throw the guy in jail for a very long time?

And we get to pay for what it costs to keep him incarcarated. Good choice, None. Hang him and then toss him back as a message.

I would prefer the first time an illegal is caught they go to jail for a short period. They can clean up the trash along the border they helped create. Once the sentence is serve and the person is to be deported that person be told if caught here again illegal the person goes to jail for five years. More border trash clean up. After a few wind up being sentenced this way it won't take long for the jungle telegraph to communicate to others to stay the hell out of the US.

Concerrently, employers who knowingly hire these people should be fined for the first offense. For the second one they lose their businesses and they can join their former employees picking up trash along the border.

That sounds good but won't happen...seems like if you're illegal, you can get away with just about anything...check out some "illegal" activities in guy took off and went back to his country of origin only to call and taunt law makers here in this state...ha ha, I got away with it! .and if employers higher these deported returns, they'll probably be sued for not hiring an illegal!

Testifying Wednesday on Capitol Hill before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chris Crane, president of the union representing 7,000 Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, explained how new Department of Homeland Security prosecutorial discretion policies only cause problems and further inhibit ICE agents from doing their jobs. Crane told a horrifying story about an illegal alien who killed a young child by driving over him four times in 2010. The man was driving without a license at the time and attempted to flee the scene. He still hasn't been deported. Crane also explained how ineligible illegals are taking advantage of President Obama's...
