As long as men can have sex with a women, and does not have to deal with the problem if he gets the woman pregnant, why should he be worried?

If, after consensual sex, a man has no say in whether his child lives or dies, then a woman should have no right to demand that man support her and the child for the next 18 years.

This is a very difficult issue. Yes, the man should have a say, but so should the woman, and it is her that is getting operated on. And the child does not deserve to have no father.

All of this goes to show that even with Abortion available, the Man cannot count on consequence-free sex.

"...it is her that is getting operated on."

Irrelevent. She spends 9 months pregnant - the man spends 18 years paying child support. Both deserve an equal say in all the consequences of their actions.

"All of this goes to show that even with Abortion available, the Man cannot count on consequence-free sex."

Sex isn't designed to be consequence free - the problem is that you imbeciles think women should be excused from the consequences while men should be held to them.

Men should still worry even if Abortion is legal, because it is the woman's choice to have an Abortion, not the man's. I for one think that if the woman chooses to have the child, the Father must bear some level of responsibility for the child and his welfare/upbringing, even if he wanted the Mother to Abort.

At least Toure is honest.

On the 40th anniversary of Roe vs. Wade, the MSNBC commentator literally thanked God and country for abortion. Fifteen years ago, he was in a “committed relationship” with a woman “who I knew was just not the one.” As Toure explained:

“She got pregnant, and I was terrified…I knew that pregnant woman and I were not going to be able to form a lasting family. She decided it was best to have an abortion and days later she did, we did, and in some ways that choice saved my life. I remain committed to being pro-choice...
