If a business violated a law(I am talking about super large corporations like oil companies) REPEATEDLY, why shouldn't it be nationalized? If you arrest a criminal for repeating crimes, is that also fascism?? Prticularly when those crimes result in tens of thousands of victims. I am not going to cnfiscate a business which has no DELIBERATELY and REPEATEDLY flouted the law and which has created tens of thousands of suffereing aas a result.
