Torture is a terrible way to get any truthful info and any experienced interrogator agrees . The purpose of the torture was to get answers that could justify war crimes, in which case a tortured victim eventually says what the torturer wants to hear. The guy who was tortured 180+ times is proof that torture is a horrible way to get any truth, but those who watch the fictional show, "24" are convinced the opposite is true.

Rasmussen Reports' Daily Presidential Tracking Poll today puts Romney ahead of President Obama 49% to 47% among nationwide voters.

Important to note, according to Rasmussen: approximately one-third of the data was collected before Romney's strong debate performance this past Wednesday. It looks like "[t]he margin of sampling error" for Rasmussen's daily tracking polls, however, falls at +/- 3 percentage points.

Still, the poll is good news for the GOP challenger.

"Today is the first time Romney has been ahead by even a single point since mid-September," Rasmussen states.

This news follows the positive trend...
