Wait a minute, you mean to tell me that we should be allowing only those that benefit our country?!? But what about fairness? What about diversity? What about empathy? Those issues are far more important that doing things that benefit our country.

So when we needed manual labor to build the trans-continental railroad it was ok to let in 1000's of unskilled Chinese to work on the rails, or 1000's of unskilled workers from eastern Europe to work in the mines and factories that build this country in the early 1900's. Should we send back all the offspring of those unskilled labors back to there country because there great grand parents were push-cart operators?

What about religious freedom? Their religion, islam, says it is OK to kill infidels and that is part of their religion couldn't we make just this one little exception to their religion, it is not like they want to kill all of us. WHAT? They do want to kill all of us? I did not know that?

This will be a very tough uphill battle. Israel flat-out prohibited Arabs on its airlines, prompting much teeth gnashing, but Israelis held their ground, and no plane was hijacked since. Their security force is legendary. They don't care if Arabs call them names, they care about their people. I wish our govt took notice.
re: religious freedom: let's separate feelings and reality. Founding Fathers would not even dream of inviting Muslims, well-known slave traders, merciless killers, ruthless barbarians, to the country DESIGNED by, of, and for Christians. OK, times changed, but Koran did not, and Muslim zealots are no friends. They are sworn enemies, proudly proclaiming it.

The people of Boston are no longer being terrorized by the Marathon bombers, but amnesty supporters sure are.

On CNN's "State of the Union" last weekend, Sen. Lindsey Graham's response to the Boston Marathon bombers being worthless immigrants who hate America -- one of whom the FBI cleared even after being tipped off by Russia -- was to announce: "The fact that we could not track him has to be fixed."

Track him? How about not admitting him as an immigrant?
