I don't remember any reports that Republicans were at Kenny's BBQ. And, um, Obama is the dishwasher? ... And, when the "losers" were in charge we had "high living," but with Obama in charge we have what? The opposite? (You are doing a compare and contrast, right?) Good for Obama that he settled up at Kenny's – no one ever thought that he wouldn't (or, would have someone else settle up for him). As for his broader economic vision: Zero Senate votes – twice – on his proposed budgets, the government branch where he still has a majority. How often is there a 100% consensus on anything before the House or Senate? Hmm.

An innocent mistake, obviously, but still good for a few chuckles:

Amid the bustle of President Obama’s surprise stop for barbecue Wednesday the White House apparently overlooked one key detail: the bill. Celebrating Father’s Day early, the president had lunch with two service members and two local barbers at Kenny’s BBQ on Capitol Hill. As the group chatted about fatherhood, the president enjoyed a steaming plate of pork ribs with hot sauce, collard greens, red beans and rice and cornbread. The bill for the president and his four guests was $55.58, but was left unpaid...
