Given Geithner’s history, it makes perfect sense that, when he’s in charge, the law would be selectively enforced. (I’d be happy to be a plaintiff to bring suit in Federal Court to force universal enforcement.)

Who needs Congress or legislation these days?  The democratic process is such an anachronism:
