The whole notion of “having it all” is moronic. NO ONE has it all - male or female - and there are costs and benefits to any life-style or life-path one chooses – male and female. Anyone who asserts that they have it all or that others can have it all are either liars or delusional. The sad thing is that 2-3 generations of woman have been taught to believe otherwise, at great cost to everyone around them and to themselves.

Can anyone name one right that non-homosexuals have that homosexuals do not? (Hint, there is none, including marriage. Homosexuals have exactly the same marriage rights as non-homosexuals in that, in any jurisdiction, any adult person may marry any consenting adult of the opposite sex who is not already married.) So, when gays screech that they are being denied their rights, it is a deliberate distortion that is designed to gain sympathy (by making non-gays feel guilty) and to influence legislation using a false argument.

Good grief! A 12 to 1 student-to-faculty ratio? No wonder a teacher’s got his nose where it doesn’t belong. He has little else to do – like teaching.

If the exemption is truly an exemption for the same thing, then it would violate the equal-protection clause (14th Amendment) of the Constitution (laws cannot apply to different people or groups differently). However, a plaintiff would have to use his own money to fight it.
