Neither Reagan or Nixon or Clinton fired Government employee's during their recessions recoveries! How can laying people off and cutting spending slow a recession? It never has! It worsens it! Thats the historical facts! Reagan raised taxes and revenues 7 times! He retroactively got rid of the investment tax deduction for new plant and equipment investments! That had never been done retroactively! Ever! Those recessions were small compared to this one! We know how to get out of recessions! They all know! This is all UnAmerican Politics! Nobody cares about the working family!

Can you imagine a world without political fact checkers?  Without them, Americans might get bamboozled into thinking that totally verifiable, 100 percent accurate statements might actually be true.  Thankfully, Politifact spares us this national nightmare by needlessly complicating and casting doubt upon factually correct statements.  Behold, our professional truth tellers at work:
