I cannot say who will do better, while knowing the response of the people that hold the bully pulpit. No praise will come to Romney, even if Obama took the fetal position with his thumb in his mouth. As with any confirmed racist, there is nothing,(shall I capitalize?) that Romney willl say that will get any approval or recognition by the bigots. But Romney, from my standpoint, has one advantage. He can be led and speak from his heart, with no teleprompter. He can tell how every business person wants to build their businesses, and be so successful they can sell it off (the harvesting), perhaps for their retirement or for their kids. Think Kennedy compound. Then there is our spendaholic dreams of my father. cont.

Obama cannot say his heartfelt, lifelong goals before the audience, but spout concern for the middle class, with every policy and EO totally pulling the rug out from us all. One set of words and another of actions is all Obama, and that is quite transparent.

I’ve got to admit … I’m a wee bit concerned about the upcoming presidential debates. My fear is that Mitt, for whatever reason, will take the McCain fetal position before Obama and not come out swinging for the fence.

Mitt ought to do this Wednesday what Babe Ruth did in ‘32 and point to Chicago like the Bambino pointed to centerfield bleachers and then verbally hammer Obama out of the park and back to Illinois.

In addition to Mitt being the aggressor versus a genteel back-pedaler, I’d like to see some former Navy SEALs in the crowd stand...
