Night Watch thanks for the article and we need to pray for and strive as best we can for the release of Pae Jun-ho, And its nice to know that the treatment of this American citizen is deemed as "good treatment." Less we forget In Iran Evin Prison another American citizen is being held, having been charged with the crime of leaving Islam and receiving Jesus as His Savior. A Pastor!, a Christian! Who had a passport to enter the land, who visited his family living there, whose only purpose was to establish an orphanage. Saeed Abedini has been beaten numerous times, and his wife indicates he has internal injuries. He has received no medical help, no Red Cross, No intervention for our Government as any level. Is there a conspiracy, all based

... on one specific aspect and only one alone? This person is a Christian! this may not be the case, but what has not been done screams loudly of unimportant persecution of a throw away person. I hope Pae Jun-ho does not face the same at the hands of the North Koreans, but our government should be working diligently for both of these people's releases insuring their well being in foreign countries and foreign prisons.

North Korea: For the record. Analysis of new commercial satellite imagery by the US-Korea Institute at Johns Hopkins University reports that North Korea is "putting the external finishing touches on" an experimental light water nuclear reactor at Yongbyon. The readout report states that the reactor probably will be operational in 2014.

Comment: Completion and operation of the reactor probably will be the first achievements of the new strategic line that blends economic construction and building nuclear armed forces simultaneously.
