How many of those who denigrate actors for the violent roles they portray in movies realize that these people don't write the scripts, they are just actors. Violent movies (and other entertainment) comes from the minds of the script writers and even before that, from the minds of those who plan, conceptualize and finance these venues. Taking it one step further, the audiences (that's us) who part with their hard-earned cash to support these entertainment options are ultimately responsible for them. It is true that actors could decide to not appear in films, etc. that are exceeding violent but then they would join the ranks of the unemployed. No, look at yourselves and society in general for the reason why violence, etc. is rampant.
