I would adjust that to food, medicine, shelter and basic clothing items.

Yes! I've been saying this for years; Obysmal isn't a Muslim. But he isn't a Christian, either. He pretends (badly) to be a Christian for political expediency.

Russians did not do this out of the goodness of their hearts. We paid big bucks to put that astronaut on that rocket.
Nope, Mr. Obysmal has absolutely no shame.

Patriot, that's the most sensible thing I've read on the subject.

It doesn't say it anywhere. I was hoping someone would bring that up! It's the thing that drives me the most crazy about these "social justice" Christians. If they put half as much effort into actually helping the poor, than they do lobbying for the government to tax everyone more, everyone would be in a better place.
Jimmy Carter would have been fine, had he kept his post presidency activities confined to his very good work with Habitat for Humanity. I still think somebody needs to cancel his passport.
The thing I never hear anyone mention about Ron Paul, is that on election day this year, the man will be 77 years old. Say we did elect him. Would we want an 81 year old man running for a second term? His age alone settles the question for me.
The other day, I read Ron Paul being described as "looking like the villain that gets unmasked at the end of every episode of Scooby Doo."
