None of the occurrences in his administration, from Tim Geithner, Fast and Furious, union thuggery, Tea Party, Benghazi, Acorn and the like- none of these scandals has received proper investigations least of all-- punishments. The blame shifting and complete obfuscation of his minions to protect him and subsequently, the power and the election is beyond the pale. How it is that not one democrat finds this reprehensible and they have not moved forward with impeachment articles or charges of treason or some semblance of accountability is astounding. Impeachment hearings should be initiated by the House Judiciary Committee.

Well, those reasons CERTAINLY define Obama on all counts, Not to mention ABUSE of the taxpayers money with his "vacations" and use of AF-1 for Campaign purposes, wasteful parties and blatant LIES.

Impeachment would go no futher than the House just as in Clinton's impeachment. Reid and company would not uphold it . At this time it would be time better spent getting to the real facts of Ben, IRS ,AP and lest not forget Fast and Furious.
I doubt Reid will seek relection and if we work hard he will not be in charge of the Senate after 2014 elections. Then Impeachment .

In 1970, then Representative Gerald R. Ford defined impeachable offenses as "whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history." Previously, Congress has issued Articles of Impeachment for acts in three general categories:
• Exceeding the constitutional bounds of the powers of office
• Behavior grossly incompatible with the proper function and purpose of the office.
• Employing the power of the office for an improper purpose or for personal gain.

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution says, "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors." According to constitutional lawyers, "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" are (1) real criminality -- breaking a law; (2) abuses of power; (3) "violation of public trust" as defined in the Federalist Papers.

The President has been derelict in his duties and Wally and others are complicit by the memes that Republicans have contrived all of it, no scandals here..etc...We do not want to kill the President and we are not having parties whooping up his demise. He has not been a leader in any way, shape, or form and he has dissociated himself from everything he should be owning. The President has lied for personal gain, he has betrayed the public trust. He needs to be impeached.

Dear Comrade Stuart,

I don’t see much evidence that either abortion or gay marriage is an issue that changes general elections, although that’s not true of primary elections.

You are right about this: A wide margin of voters- voters who will...
