Cannot believe that more has not been made of the massive cost overrun of this website that can't handle as much traffic as Netflix. This was supposed to cost $93 million and is now at $634 million. Think about that--it's a website. It is more than 600% over budget. And it doesn't work. Who would choose to entrust their most important and sensitive information to a company that can't get it's website up and running with that much money.

Remember where those estimates came from Neale. There are two things that the CBO is absolutely perfect at:

1) Overestimating the benefits of an analyzed government program, and
2) Grossly underestimating the costs of said program.

Remember that Obamanocare was going to save $900 billion dollars over it's first 10 years, now the latest estimate is that it's going to cost an additional $4.5 trillion dollars by 2017. That's a swing $5.4 trillion dollars, a mere increase of 500%. And that's not even over the full 10 years.
