I fostered babies awaiting adoption, Robert. Any mother who doesn't want the baby can offer her child to a loving, willing adoptive couple who can give them EVERYTHING you just proposed they MIGHT lack. Believe me, more than just the abject poor choose abortions--far too many consider it a "right" and a means of "uh-oh" birth control.
Last week, I gave 12 examples of how religious liberty has been assaulted in just the past two years in the U.S. Here are about two dozen more instances just for good measure, as reported by the Family Research Council, the office of Rep. Randy Forbes, R-Va., and various media outlets.
