The court should not be obligated to sort out those parts of Obamacare that may or may not be constitutional. If one part of it is unconstitutional then the whole thing is and they should kill it and let Congress re do it. After all, they are the ones who created the mess so let them sort it out. The SCOTUS has enough to do to rein in an errant Congress let alone having to do their work for them. Congress is paid big bucks - it's time they start earning it.
