At a time of economic stress in the USA, Sec. Clinton just gave the Palestinian Authority $200 million DOWN PAYMENT ON THE $900 million pledged, becuase some Nations that pledged $7.7 billion in Paris, Dec.2007 have backed out.
Some of this will end up in European bank accounts as under Arafat, Some for Hamas weapons.
Pres. Obama ordered $20.3 million for Hamas refugees in Gaza to emigrate to the USA. Some sources equate Hamas in Gaza with Al Qaeda
