Elderly Swing Against Obama Plan

My first question to the Congressional delegatio or anyone who can answer....is where in our Constitution is Congress authorized to develop and legislate National Health Care? Second, question is how will the proposed National Health Care address Veteran care? It is unbelieveable that those with sustained injuries and missing limbs would be counseled on death......as in taking there own life. First where is the Christianity in this? Second, these Veteran's just fought for our right of freedom of speech, such as this forum. This administration is "out of touch with the real world"!!!!
