Thank you for a wonderful, encouraging commentary! And for quoting John MacArthur. I heard both sermons via Christian TV, sermons during which he named the five kinds of God's judgment. In short, this current society reminds me of what Francis Schaeffer said: "If there are no absolutes by which to judge society, then society is absolute."

CORRECT. And here is why: The day after the election I heard a number of talk show callers admit that they did not vote. Even though they did not like Mr. Obama, they whined about Gov. Romney's lack of a plan. I thought it was odd that anybody—if only after listening to a few days of the patient, clear-speaking host’s responses—would not have had sufficient information to vote.
