I was engaged and impressed with S.D.'s analysis until he jumped the shark by calling saying Romney has no soul. It is certainly true that a man cannot rise above his world view. Apparantly Steve's is driven by bigotry. I am saddened that often the most vocal commenters, and even writers, at TH are narrow-minded in the extreme. Religious fundamentalism has no place in politics. Nor does Religios bigotry.

It sickens me to agree with Botti, but he's right. This was a cheap political stunt. Congress thinks we're stupid. Well, some of us were fooled. This bill could have passed easily if Repubs wanted it to. The count was way over what they needed for a simple majority. It ticks me off.

Botti, Can you explain to me, in an honest manner, just what happens today...without Obamacare...when 25 year olds without insurance get his by a bus? I have looked in vane for the stories about broken, bleeding 25 year olds lying in the street begging for help. Not one mention of ambulance attendants arriving on the scene, slapping on a tourniquet then, finding no proof of insurance, removing the tourniquet and driving away, leaving the victim to die. Not one story. Your argument makes you look ignorant.
