Maybe if you would "think" instead of rush to print you could learn something about why your party went down in defeat. Romney lost, the Senate has more democrats when the had the most to lose in a year when unemployment was 8% Maybe its "the economy stupid" or "obama care" that is important to the voters. Maybe the leftist elite is less repugnant than the conservative elite who have no understanding of the "values" they talk about and maybe they are little more than a mouthpiece for the greedy billionaires who pay the bills. Or maybe people who believe that the earth was created 6000 years ago cant grasp even Political Science.

It's not the conservative elite that lost this election, it's the Carl Rove branch that denigrated every true conservative in a race. If you didn't measure up to the Bush/Rove contingent you were an outcast. Time to get the Tea Party to lead the Republican Party instead of being it's red headed stepchild

No, it was the Teatards that lost it. People won't vote for the likes of Jenny Beth Miller and her ilk. Angry, idiotic, controlling people who actually believe we care what she thinks. Conservatives will continue to lose because people don't like or trust them. They can't even get a candidate through the primary process to the nomination. Their own fellow Pubbies won't vote for them, let alone the folks who vote in the general. Conservatives are their own worst enemies--nasty, instrusive, pompous and obnoxious. It's easy to ignore them now. After all, there are more of us than there are of you--and Tuesday proved that. Get used to being irrelevant, mocked and ignored.

Here is how Democrats win: They will go to nursing homes and senior apartment buildings and tell them Mitt Romney (or whoever the Republican is) is going to take their Medicare, Social Security and prescription drug benefits away and that in order to keep them they need to vote for Obama (or whoever the Democrat is). They drive through the projects and areas where homeless live and give them food and booze if they will go vote for the Democrat and then they drive them to the polls with sample ballots marked to show them what to mark. Groups like ACORN sign up whoever they can get in the door and even submit fake names and game the system.

Many conservatives are still licking their wounds from election night, and understandably so.  It was ugly almost any way you slice it. As we move beyond the initial stages of political mourning, an intense round of Righty fratricide is on the way.  There will be nasty battles over the causes of Tuesday's mess, and vehement disagreements about where the Republican Party should go from here.  One of the suggested paths will be to moderate on a host of issues.  This approach may be wise on certain fronts, but wrong-headed on others.  That's a separate discussion for another day.  What...
