Yes. Several times I have recommended that besides the two buttons below each post, there be a third labeled SPAM. This would be for the cheap-goods-from China spammers and the make-a-million-online spammers, but also for cut-and-paste trolls. Then TH could have a nerd whose job is to check each post that has over a certain number of "spam" flags, and delete.

The difference from now is that it might be a hard call as to whether to delete "offensive" posts, but it's easy to see when it's a Chinese-stuff spammer, or when it's Sybil.
