Clinton did more for the military interests of China than any person in history. By selling our national security to China for campaign contributions, Clinton advanced China's military 40 years. What he did for their nuclear weapons development has compared to what the Rosenbergs did for Russia in the 1950s. The Rosenbergs were executed for treason.

They were too cumbersome to be put on missiles. And the missiles China had were neither accurate or reliable. Clinton changed all of that.

It's a huge country with a growing economy, an expanding military and ongoing disputes with several neighbors. Nationalist sentiment has grown. China is a rising power, and history indicates that rising powers often assert themselves in ways that lead to bloodshed.
