When you allow someone to tell you what you "need", you become a subject...not a citizen. No one, and I mean NO ONE has the right to tell me what I "need". Rational people usually make good choices and when they do NOT, then rational people ACCEPT the responsibility for their poor decisions. I didn't vote for a government, at any level, to dictate to me what I "need".
