Why didn't Lowry just ask Rachel the simple, base question which there is only one correct answer to? Where in the Constitution does the FEDERAL government derive it's authority for Medicare? The only answer is obvious, but the answer she would give would be the hilarious part.

mwooten - I have been waiting a long time for people on the right to do this.

It's a waste of time for the left and right to argue over how an unconstitutional program should be administered. The real question to argue over is: Do the American people want to amend the Constitution to allow our federal government this authority?
