Thousands of new US citizens every week, and a couple here turned out to be kooks, very dangerous ones at that. It stinks, but if you beleive in our constituion, then this discussion is over. The constitution will rule the day even if we dont' like the liberties that it gaurantees every US citizen. No matter how rotten and horrible they are.

The White House has just confirmed to news outlets through Press Secretary Jay Carney that the Department of Justice will not be treating Boston Marathon Bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev as an enemy combatant.

JAY CARNEY: He will not be treated as an enemy combatant. We will prosecute this terrorist through our civilian system of justice.
