Support Your Local Sharia

Former Brit PM Chamberlain has nothing on the 10 pinheads calling themselves representatives of the people masquerading as Fairfax County Supervisors.
Sadly, the voters' amnesia will kick in right around election day. Thus it is incumbent upon us to remind the voters every day after this expansion is passed and vote each and every supporter out of office - regardless of party. This issue transcends party politics.
This alleged educational institution is a cover, and thinly veiled one at that, pun intended, of the coming jihad on American soil. They do not allow outsiders to enter their school, examine their curriculum or their so-called educational materials.
May G-d help us all.

Burt,
Your timing, such that it is, is "perfect," as I said Kaddish for my father this morning on the observance of the tird year of his passing. My father did not do the back-breaking kind of work you father did, but he did work all his life - and a short life it was as dad was a month shy of his 63rd birthday. His parents, like yours, came from the old country, legally, as well, and wanted more for their son, my father, who in turn wanted more for me. I had a close relationship with my dad - we could talk baseball, politics (both Republicans - rare that that is for Jews!) and finance. Yet, at age 62 when he died, there was just still so much more to talk about.
Thanks for providing the forum on which I could write about my...
At his town hall meeting in Reston, VA last Tuesday, August 25, that I attended and penned a column about, Jim Moran questioned the identification of a constituent because he voiced his opposition to Obama-care. Moran asked the constituent for his ID then begrudgingly allowed the constituent to exercise his first amendment right of free speech as he deigned to ask a questions and express an opposing viewpoint. My column can be found at: http://sanfordhorn.blogtownhall.com/.

Porn: Just Another Business?

No doubt, it's crap like the CNBC program on porn that finally killed Walter Cronkite. I may not have agreed with him, but at least he had standards and set a collapsing bar pretty high at one time.

Dr. Sowell,

Your use of levity provides the clarity that event the liberals should be able to grasp, although I would not hold my breath waiting for that to happen.

The other side in not interested in leveling the playing field, but instead rewriting the rules to ensure that only they get to play, but want us to pay for the privilege of not being allowed to participate.

Sadly, what they do not comprehend is that when we get tired of being excluded and leave, there won't be anyone left to pay for their playing fields.
