If you are accusing anyone of posting here in support of homosexual rights of being an Obama-loving socialist, I am afraid that you are sadly mistaken. I am on the front lines for getting Obama and as many democrats defeated as possible. I am also on the front lines for protecting the equal protection under law for all law abiding citizens.

so when a person who owns their own company decides they wont hire someone because of skin color and beliefs or sexual"orientation", does that individual have the RIGHT to discriminate?
they dont recieve any tax dollars. so why should others FORCE him to hire or accpet someone with whom he disagrees? especially if he finds someone with whom he agrees and is qualified?
