It is not so farfetched to make the President reassure the American people his administration will not use weapons of war against American citizens on US soil. Remember Waco? The government used tanks against US citizens who had more weapons than the government liked, and who had been accused of child molestation. Neither of these are capital crimes. The victims were not convicted.

Here's what Rand Paul did with his LollaPaulooza yesterday:

He engaged the country in a serious discussion of first principles. You may not agree with him, but he did it. The Constitution was actually discussed on the Senate floor for more than a dozen hours. Incredible.
