I see a lot of columnists here on TownHall that focus on the intellect. This is great, and it explains why white males voted for Romney in droves. But the Left, in spite of their protestations that they are the real intellectuals, make all their appeals to emotions. This attracts young single women, who voted in droves for the Fool on Capital Hill. We need to have an emotion campaign that appeals to the romantic core of young women. We have allowed the left to brainwash us into thinking women aren't romantic any more. Nothing is further from the truth - look at the success of the Twilight series and the wildly popular Teen Paranormal Romance novels.

So, guess what? I'm disappointed, along with the other 57 million people who voted for Mitt Romney. Even still, disappointment and failure is never an excuse for any of us to give up. From that first big slug in my gut after my husband was killed in 2001 until this day, the one thing that has kept me grounded is my faith in God and the knowledge that things will get better over time.
