If Latinos have a lower "IQ" it is only because they are trapped in inadequate schools. IMO the radical Left are deliberately trying to keep minority children ignorant so they can keep them like pets and manipulate them using emotion and illogic. This is the most important issue of our day - to take back the schools and teach children of all walks the fine traditions of our great country. This, may I add, includes children's programming on television. Have you ever sat down and watched the Leftist bath children take on Saturday mornings watching TV? Unless we start producing our own cartoons, we are stuck with the drivel the Left cranks out in large quantities.
