But both are completely free to *gasp* not do drugs of ANY kind. Perhaps this concept never occurs to anyone?

As a tax payer I object to paying for years of incarceration costs just because someone got caught with few grams of coke. If they had a lot / were a dealer then i'd be glad but for some nobody who was just caught with a little bit for private use? Don't waste our money by locking them up.

As President Barack Obama's second term commences, I thought I'd write about the things I liked in his first term. Here are five:
