How Liberals Argue: Democrats Voting Against Debt Ceiling Wasn't "Real"

If you Wingers oppose raising the limit then don't raise it. Stop blaming Obama when the GOP-controlled House has power over spending and taxes. If YOUR representatives won't listen to you...that's YOUR problem!

First off, it was the SUPER0 MAJORITY, DEMOCRAT controlled House that began this spending spree, it will STILL be mostly their ownership through 2014 (when Obamacare) is fully implemented. How, in any but a Bizarro universe, are republicans to blame? Democrats started the spending, Democrats still control the Senate (which ALSO has to approve spending bills, and a Democrat president who pushed spending bills and also has the power of VETO. If your precious democrats don't like this fictional republican spending, then the senate doesn't have to agree, and your savior can veto it.
And let's just TOTALLY ignore the democrat blame-game, the hypocrisy of them voting against all the things they now support because of a change in party in the WH.

Let's also COMPLETELY ignore the INCREDIBLY inept spending that we're still paying for with their "stimulous 1 and 2" and the tens of billions wasted on crony "green" companies, who, incidentally, were strong democrat supporters.

Left wingers DON'T oppose raising the debt limit, idiot.

And we'll blame comrade Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi any damn time we want, since they are responsible for the lion's share of our problems dating back to 2006. Going back further in time, Democrats are responsible for most of the over-spending in America dating back to FDR.

How come left-wing loons always call OTHER people "wingers?"

California Democrat......

Now there are two words that have caused the complete trashing of this country. Eff Eu CaliFuzkian. Cannot the San Andreas fault get anything right?

As Guy wrote this week, liberals are arguing spending doesn't lead to deficits or more debt. During his final press conference of his first term Monday, President Obama argued that his vote against raising the debt ceiling in 2006 came at a time when things were "different," and that Republicans shouldn't be hesitating to increase the debt ceiling this time around. Yesterday on Neil Cavuto's show, Democratic Rep. Jan Schakosky argued that Democrats voting against a debt ceiling increase in 2006 wasn't "real."
