Yes, the MSM is not only "in the bag" for Obama, they've been bought off with our money. Government controls the media: they don't write unflattering stories about their advertisers (the government being one of their biggest advertisers), they don't get access to politicians or interviews from the by writing stories exposing their corruption or making them look bad. And they don't get the overpaid PR and communications jobs in government, unless they flatter those who hire them.

The last thing the progressives want is the American citizen to find new outlets that report and encourage the individual to decide.
Have you ever heard a progressive news outlet encourage viewers not to believe him, but to go out and research the subject yourself? Matthews doesn't do that. Sharpton doesn't do that Williams doesn't do that... Why not?

I've said for years that the mainstream media doesn't report the news...they report the news that fits their storyline. Well as Ronald Reagan might say, "There you go again."
