Mob violence is never funny. And seldom prosecuted. When they can't win in the legislature, they resort to violence. Their numbers are dwindling and one day the will be beat back so hard that they will never attempt this sort of madness again. But first...there will be blood. The union cops might not inflict it but the Governer can bring in the Guard and those guys won't be so nice to old fat guys in leather jackets throwing cheap shot punches.
Not so many moons ago, President Obama urged us all to "make sure that we are talking with each other in a way that heals, not a way that wounds." He Who Heals advocated "a more civil and honest public discourse" in the wake of the January 2011 Tucson massacre. As usual, though, the White House has granted Big Labor bullies a permanent waiver from the lofty edicts it issues to everyone else.
