If you get tax refunds or other gubmint payments via direct deposit, the IRS has your bank account info which it can use to confiscate as much as they want without your knowledge or prior approval. That's not all. Most of the really odious provisions have not even been written yet. They will be entrusted to bureaucrats who haven't yet been appointed.

As Mitt Romney campaigns on the promise to repeal Obamacare, some Republicans on Capitol Hill are trying to learn more about what the national health care law will actually do when it is fully implemented in 2014. Romney would do well to take a look at what they've discovered.
