I am sorry to inform you that you are ABJECTLY WRONG. Our founding documents do NOT grant me my rights, as they are inherent from birth. The constitution and bill of rights BAR the government FROM restricting my rights. As to the free speech argument ALL governmental restrictions are at odds with the constitution.
