While taking a fine stroll with my wife along the beach today, of course barefoot, we had a productive discussions about future revenue growth for our family.

While toe painting is out of the question, she was very positive concern the idea of producing our own product of edible toe polish.

So off to the kitchen I went, 2 cups of corn syrup, 1 T of strawberry extract, 1 T butter and a dash of vanilla of course. Bring to just under a soft boil and let cool. Depending on the outcome of the USC/Ohio St foot ball game, I may be able to beta test the prottype tonight!

But back to politics...

On this divided government issue, time to offer some support to the Blue Dog Democrats, the only opposition power in...

Having maid service can be problematic in certain situations.

Speaking of unemployment..

I do thank you for the job offer. My wife's, who has some very sexy feet by the way, current position is for me to get "any job" for now so I was quite excited telling her about a job offer of being a painter.

However, her enthusiasm quickly dimmed when told the job description, painting the toes of a rich lawyer in New Orleans while drinking a Gin&Tonic, shave ice of course.

Which reminds me of another story, another conservative woman, YLG who I do miss, once informed me of wonderful product, Chocolate Body Paint. Applying it was messy but soon I discovered, the clean up was the fun part.

So in your travels if you happen to find a source for Strawberry flavored nail polish, edible...

If should be quite easy to discredit factcheck.org, just prove that one of their many articles is false.

Of course you can't do that so just discredit the web site based on who funds it. Annenberg is a commie front, right?

" I loved to watch the House of Commons whenever a PM showed up."

He he he he, I love the English! Watching Blair go at it with the Commons was great fun. Best show on CSPAN! Washington really needs to get a sense of humor. What better way to enjoy a fine English bitter while watch some fine English politicians go at each other.

Time to give the wife a foot massage, I am developing a foot fetish these days..

And yes, I would love to sail in the GOM some day.

"because they can't stand go give anyone a tax break for donating to something like scholarship funds."

Non profit charity for providing scholarships are ta deductible. What is your point.

"2. Meaningful Tort Reform but they are owned by the trial lawyers so that's not about to happen."

Blame it on the lawyers once again. Didn't the GOP address this problem when they controlled gov't?

"because the insurance lobbys donate to much to Democrat campaign funds."

Ohhh, only the Dem's are accepting donations from the lobbyist. 1/2 a star for Bush for creating Heath Saving Account (HSA). To bad he tied HSA's to the insurance companies.

Yep, 999 flip 180 degrees is 666. What is even more worrisome, read it backwards and it is still 666!

Oh my Creator of the Big Bang, we are doomed! Well good news for me, no need to find a job anytime soon...

The dear Lilly writes: "Of course, we deserve everything we can get---many of us posting here on on Social Security, Medicare, Unemployment, and VA benefits---but, damn, we deserve it."

A true fiscal conservative would scare the cr*p out of the righties as they all cry out "I earn it" as you say.

A true fiscal conservative would eliminate all government pension and these sweet heart deals concerning health insurance.

The worst is the military. Put in 20 years of service and you get a pension for life and a $500/year health package. At age 38, you can start collecting a government pension. Are they unable to work anymore? In the private sector, you collect on you pension when you reach retirement age and 38 is not...
